Is There an Out of India Migration?

Linear A was used to write either Sanskrit or Indo-Aryan language. So, once again, this points to an out of India migration in deep antiquity. Most likely it is either the Mitanis or the Hittites or maybe the Minoans themselves who had Indian ancestry. And then they may have intermixed with the local populations as well.
