The dopamine anticipation of being able to have a little surprise and delight, we pulled the expectation out of it. It can be so much more fun of an experience. And I think that that area of fairness is an absolutely fascinating one. There's a lovely study that I came across while writing the book by it's Blount and Basement. They argue people are not just interested in maximizing the financial benefit from a situation but also want to know they've been treated relatively well. But you can take that principle and apply it today to your e-commerce site.
