The Discipline of Playfulness

Play is a spiritual discipline and playfulness. Being able to deal with the unexpected, being able to enjoy being with people can be part of it. When someone gives me a hard time, if I can just be somewhat playful in the midst of it, it brings a smile to our faces. Levity creates joy and joy makes us stronger.
