The Story Telling Approach for Product People

I love the story telling approach for surfr, communicating vision and that focus on the customer. I always encourage people to think about describing the work that they do in those erms as well. Digrathms ight, ye, i could completely agree on this. It's not about having these inspiring sentences. It simply about how our actions and our words on a regular basis, and being consistent with them ultimately leads to strong culture and a great product.
