China and Russia in the Balkans
The European Union has to back the Balkans in all political economic and strategic terms, Alicia says. The region just passed from communist repression to the depression depression because they are not became candidates to the European Union or because this negotiation for entrance is so slowly. China and Russia is a kind of help which this region needs because of this economic support. But what the European EU has to do is to try to fulfill the vacuum that the Europeans had left during the financial and economic crisis in 2008.
