The Microagressions in Medical Training

Surveys show medical trainings are frequently the target of racially triggering events and ways that don't often get reported. Experiences ranging from micro aggressions to avert racism or discrimination, are not rare in acd medicine or clinical training. Some people feel the need to monitor their behavior just to avoid justifying the racial piacies that other people experience called stereotype threat.
