The Sweet Spot

We all want to be the agent of changed, but no one wants to be its subject. What's the cood of not going to get what everyone wants? We're in a sweet spot where our predictions are starting accurate and we're getting these upside surprises. And then you tip into mastery - which is very important because it gives you an anchor. Once you complete that gross cycle, you start over again. The better you are at moving through all phases of the gross cycle, the better you can grow.
