I sketched out an entire app. And then I took those designs and like you said, got three or four different people to take some of my sketches and tell them into real designs. They were all rubbish. Then I talked to a family member who introduced me to a young guy called Lawrence Smith. He was a young at the time freelance UX UI designer had just gone freelance. So he basically became the designer and in time the product person for content cow. Over time they've very over time the mix of the both for content cow and he did it for sort of a year freelance.
