What Leaders Need to Do for Subje Leaders?
Leaders need to give subject leaders a clear direction. The head needs to know itthink the most important system in the school. If the head doesn't know it, then there how can any other decision be made? That is, it's directing attention to different, different subjects. And me knot what 12, 13 subjects the prima school children learn am and if you've got 12 or 13 subject leaders all thinking their subject is really important, and all asking teachers to do things, and giving advice,. thats completely unmanageable.
