If someone was just doing a Google search on anti-aging, they probably wouldn't find out about all these different things that feature into the whole. There's lots of stuff about what they call senelitics which is drugs to get rid of the senescent cells and so on. People don't really know how to use this as a clinical tool at this point because there are so many different effects depending on the person. But I mean, to a certain extent, I'm sure it could be useful - but also seems like the lazy way round.

Why should we stop ageing? Today we talk about everything to with ageing, why it occurs, why there’s renewed interest in it and what we can do about it. Sue beautifully lays out the history of longevity research, the origins of this fascinating scientific discipline and what the latest research means for you.
