When you're talking about mindfulness one of the key things that they will say is become aware of your breathing. Become aware of the tension in your body become aware of what your thoughts are. We're trying to take something from our heart brain or our fast brain to make it more conscious for ourselves. It's really important to take something that can be automatic particularly where there are faulty habits.
