Cassidy: I have gained a lot of trust within within the organization with transparency and communication from the beginning shared that this is what I was going to do. "I think it really came down to just running a good project and being open," she says about her new role as head of digital marketing at ad agency Ogilvy & Mather, which has been in business for more than 20 years. The company also recently launched its first direct-to-consumer campaign through Omnicom's iReport app. It will be rolled out across all major U.S. brands including Apple, Facebook, Google and others over the next few months.
