Laughing is an involuntary response. When we laugh, all three of those chemicals are pumped into our system and we have no control over it. Laughing makes us feel good. It's because when we're in pain and misery, humor is a hack to keep on going. We get slapped with these three chemicals. The act of moving into our fear gives us a dopamine reward. So that dopamine reward is designed by evolution to tell us, hey, keep going. This is good. But guys like humor will say it's almost like a it's almost a neurotransmitter hormone. They're like the fire burning into the night. I think those the ones different is a little more unexpected
