The hardest part about fighting for myself has been not necessarily the moment you're in the cage, but the days leading up to it. The fear will create an irrational scenario and your opponent will almost become like the buggy man in your head. You have to deal with the fear and t anticipation of the actual event which a lot of people go through outside if m it's the same type of thing. And then throughout training camp, you're going to have good days and bad days. Yo're goingto have life going on outside of the jym. So really the goal through training cramp is is to have as many consistent good days as possible,. k go in perform at your absolute best
