User Experience Design - What's the Bridge to Cross?

i think we're still missing a lot of that knowledge, especially when we think about operating at this scale. When you're thinking about design excellence, it's not just the product, there's also the brand side of the product. What is going to be interesting in the next generation is, what is that bridge to cross from a brand development standpoint?
