Is It Good to Go Cold Turkey?

For me, i would advocate going cold turkey. I find those sugar alcohols unbearable. When they're in the house, i eat them, and then for the next six hours i'm going, jesus a taste in my maa. That's personal. And again, the physicians i interviewed, they would say, look, it depends on my patient. They're looking at a patient who's burdened with obesity or diabetes. Or is somebody you could just embrace hedo? You know, most men will be happy with that if they don't think it's going to kill them....
