My big advice is kind of practice. It's not always the most fun advice to give, but I think that when we're newly sober or Newly kind of cutting back on drinking, we can be more sensitive to it. And a lot of times it takes experience of just doing it more and recognizing that it's not as big of a deal as people think it is. But you can also like reality check. She could ask someone, I'm having this concern that people aren't having enough fun. Are you having fun? Like really reality checking with people too because they may find that their perceptions are off base than what that person is actually experiencing.
