Building an Audience on YouTube?

I'm not a, I don't learn from lecture. So maybe I need to step out of that because some people do learn from lecture and like being told what to do,. You have to fit your own style. Mango Street has the same thing where they are very thoughtful about how they script and put a video together. And it's more risky to not take a chance to not do something different. If you're just doing what everybody else is doing, you're never going to stand out. Like 99% of the population just doing enough to go by.
