I took 11 years off between my sophomore and junior year of college. I reinvented the 60s for myself, went to India and Nepal. After 9-11 happened, I was a wall writing books because what happened. And then I did a PhD in neuroscience but how long does that take? Well, if you're me, it takes nine years.
