The state of the industry is recovering, but we're headed in the right direction. The surviving leaders of this industry have grown so much during this process. Their leadership capacity has grown once they now bring all o that to bear in moving their companies forward. That's reason for optimism for this community. Even if they're under water, they survive because they adapt it out of necessity.
