How Does the University of South Pacific Work?
The University of South Pacific has 12 campuses or 14 campuses rather, spread across 12 countries. It's a regional good that is owned by all these 12 countries and the ministers all sit in council to decide and make decisions on the university. The challenges I would imagine are really quite enormous. How do we continually improve access to a diverse region? And how do we maintain relevance for the smaller island states who are also equal members of all of the 12 countries own the university?"
