Sak: If i'm given feedback, active feedback, let's say it's because i did the wrong thing and it hurts my feelings. Sak: Is the action negligible because my emotions aren't in the right place? Or does the action count more than emotion? That means your ego is bigger than your intention. Su: I think we all lack self awareness to some degree. More you lack self awariness, the more painful it is when you get feedback.
