How Do the Angels of the Other Worlds Interact?

I've also heard you talk about the many legions of angels in each of these worlds. Do they all have access to the physical plane or just some of them? That's deep stuff. And this gets into a whole matrix of astrology because really when we look at the zodiacs, it doesn't even line up with the constellations. So we clearly have something that's hidden that is of a spiritual, dynamic nature.
