The Importance of Strategy in a Nonprofit
Seth is a strategy executive. Dan says operations executive. And Seth says strategy and marketing executive. We rejected the CEO CEO thing because none of us really liked the idea of what should be a small nonprofit. All it really means now to be executive director is that I sit in meetings with Dan and Seth now and we get to that.
