The Importance of Chest Compressions

Good chest compressions should be started right away, interrupted as little as possible for as little time as possible. If you're having like deep thoughts and it means you're interrupting chest compressions, I think you're probably doing it wrong. And that's why in outpatient settings, often all we ask bystanders to do is go push on their chest.
