How to Get a DUI in California
In California, like in every other state, the laws are pretty strict when it comes to DUIs. A DUI is the illegal act of driving under the influence. That influence can be drugs or alcohol. If caught, the person who receives the DUI will have their license suspended. They'll need to complete a DUI program, possibly do community service, and also pay a fine. And that's when you could get your real license.
