The Struggles of Being a Lead Level Designer

As a lead level designer, staff or principal level, your focus should be on strategy. Less so on the incremental design work because that's the leverage that you have. There are fewer Asian American leaders who are executives than there are for virtually any other race or background. So it's like an inverse of how Asian Americans are highly paid and perhaps even overleveled at certain points.
