I find it's good for rubber duck debugging as well because sometimes you just need to talk to somebody and I don't have an actual rubber duck at my desk here but I do have a chat GPT which is wrong as often as I am. It gives you an idea of something to try and then you're like nah that's not right but it triggers something else, he says. He hasn't used any of the code specific tooling so if you've used it you go from there: "You could spend all of your time just researching these new code assistant tools"
