Wada has a three point test to determine if substances should be banned or not. It doesn't always come down to does it give an athlete an unfair advantage? And those are really, you know, a few of tho,. especially the spirit of the sport thing is a really fuzzy area. I have spoken with people from the io c and wada who have heard of o the research we're getting into, and they 're very interested as at least some of them would also like to see this problem go away.
