Is There a Melodie in the Outro?
i have to have a melody in my head to know that there's any value in the chord changes. So quite a bit of the time i had a melody, but i wouldn't tell it to him unless he asked. He'd interpret the melody in his own way and turn it into something else. Sometimes he'd do exactly pretty much the melody that i'd wrote or very close to it. It was always up to him.
