The Importance of Understanding Your Personality

Did anything get picked up in the personality tests that surprised you? It wasn't necessarily surprising so much as just really understanding my weaknesses. The biggest takeaway from really understanding our personalities was if you take someone on one end of the wheel and then put them into a job position, they're going to be stressed out over time.
