Matthew Green: We've been in post-Gangrich where you have a continued centralization of power within leadership in both parties. But at the same time, this countervailing force of factions within the parties, particularly the Republican Party. He says Pelosi is a good contrast to Boehner who didn't really jive with what the party wanted. Greene: The next two years are going to be a very interesting one with McCarthy and his right flank.
