Is There a Rule of Thumb for Thermal Imetry?
The amount of radiation omitted is a function of the temperature of that object, and it is not a totally linear function. You definitely see a kind of halo effect. So if you're looking at a building and somebody has the windows open, you sort of see a halo effect around the open windows,. where i guess the air is slightly warmer there.
