Should You Be a Specialist or a Generalist?

It really depends on what you are now. If you're a specialist and you hate it then you should probably try becoming a bit more of a generalist for a little bit to spot if you, there's something else which you want to be a generalist in. And just always think about it like the simplest way to put it is T-shaped. You want to know, you want to know a decent amount about a lot of things but be real intense and the best at one thing.
