Practicing Attention Awareness in the Low Belly
The practice is meant to be really simple, and iam going to say what it is, and then i'm going to walk us through it. It's really as simple as this, we're choosing a point where our attention awareness is and everything else is other than point. And when you find yourself at other than point, you will just pick up your attention awareness and return it gently and firmly to point which is your breath as it rests in the low belly. If you find yourself fantasizing, you can return to point. if you find yourself doing a to do list, return to point over and over again. The main thing is that really anything can be point.
