Believability Weighted Decision Making
You don't confuse consensus as everybody. Don't make the mistake of thinking that a lot of people have valuable opinions when they may not. What you want is the smartest people, most demonstrated, believable people who will then disagree with each other and disagree with you about what the best path is. So I'm not arguing consensus decision making. I'm arguing believability weighted decision making.
