How to Start a SaaS Business

Pascal: What would you have done differently when starting this business, knowing what you know now? I think that's a good one for both of us. We all would do things differently. But it's really dangerous to dwell on that. And we should have gone up market right away instead of being like an in between reasonable and then working our way up from there. That was mostly a psychological limitation on my part.
