North Carolina is going to end up forcing a fight at the Supreme Court about doctors first amendment rights. The bigger issue isn't the abortion ban itself, it's the first amendment violations. It also revives a reviled regulation that we were joking about a little earlier, which is the forced ultrasounds. And this requires an ultrasound by a physician before a person can get their abortion,. Like just to torture them for fun.
