"I don't like historical war movies. No matter what, it's still too simple," he says. "We need a damn strong military." Spielberg is infatuated with the war movie and has made several film about such issues as World War One or Vietnam. The idea that the warm, the war movie is prestigious not only because of its morality but also because there are so many resources thrown at it.
