I've Done It. It Just Didn't Work for Me
I have been out of run a very successful mentorship purely on consultative process where it is a one-on-one environment so I don't hide away from that. That's the environment that works best for me. So maybe if you don't think that's your style and potentially to some void that because there was many, many hours I put into that that literally dead. You need to know what type of strengths you have and what are not your strengths and then build your product ecosystem around that.
