You Shouldn't Take Them to Settings

I think like in terms of their regulation, I need to reread this again but I have read that if the user had like declined permissions then you should not actually take them to the settings to a settings page. You can give provide a way for them to tap to go there but you cannot proactively just take them there when you know there's a problem. And you need to warn them. Maybe that's the one and I was just a little bit confused. Have you guys ever had this problem before with your app because you're not going to the store. Right?
