How to Choose a Name for Your Trust
In many states the trustee still has to be listed. So that means your name gets thrown on there as you're moving assets into your trust. You can come up with the name you want. Some instances it gives you privacy. The equation could be a little different upon the second to die. And so really know that you've got a lot of flexibility and you can unpack it in a lot of different ways.
