Hemingway the Moveable Feast
During the early 1930s Hemingway spent his winters in Key West and summers in Wyoming where he hunted deer elk and grizzly bear. In November of 1930 after bringing Dostos to the train station in Billings Montana Hemingway broke his arm in a car accident. He was hospitalized for seven weeks with Pauline tending to him during which time he suffered intense pain. The nerves in his writing hand took as long as a year to heal during which time he suffering intense pain. Fitzgerald said just Zelda says I have a small dick basically right and Hemingway says women often say that when they want to upset their guy. It's kind of a cruel thing to say but
