Community in the Workplace

Brans du: How do you help the individual have just enough time and space in touch with their own needs? Brans du: For a lot of people, the place where they find the deepest belonging is often on their team. We also know that people want to connect in all different ways, especially if you look across the globe in offices that are smaller or more distributed. So i do think that like being n there's huge power in being able to connect personally. And that does translate into how your doing professionally.
