How Did You Become a Spiritual Formation Pastor?

I wasn't raised in a Christian family, but I always had a lot of questions about the meaning of life and where this all was going. But I became a Christian just one night. I grabbed a Bible out of a big bookshelf in my parents' home and just started reading it. And then later than when I graduated and got a job in our community at the University kind of spread out and went different directions with God. He eventually invited me to come on staff and become what they call the spiritual formation pastor or discipleship pastor. It's very thing is to help people grow in their knowledge and in their experience and in their love for Jesus.
