The Differences Between High and Low Stakeholder Maturity

There is no specific stakeholder maturity model, although there are some maturity models like the SRMM. But this really describes the level of operational maturity around how the product team deals with stakeholders. It's all about them knowing when to contribute, how to contribute, and maybe most importantly, recognizing when to step back and let the software team do their thing because you know, it's our thing. The high mature stakeholders view themselves as really just part of the team and they appreciate that shared ownership of the project and the overall success.
