The Power of Reporting Harassment
40% of women are sexually harassed at work. Of the people that are harassed, only one in five reported. Women who file harassment complaints end up with worst jobs and poor physical and mental health than those who keep quiet. If you have to completely reject your integrity and your values in order to continue existing in a situation, then at whatever cost you can, you should find a different situation. But ultimately, the power is at the highest levels. And if the highest levels aren't forced to change, then they will do whatever it takes to keep this culture going.
