The Ocean and It's Fears

I can remember that feeling of horror like it was yesterday. The pool's lifeguard had his eye on me the moment I started to venture into the deep end and was jawning on the spot when he saw me starting to struggle. He throws in one of those floaty thingies at me before diving in himself and helping me back into the shallow end. Even today the ocean kind of terrifies me.
