How Adjective Phrases Work
Conlang is a different approach than what we are used to. She describes them as adverbs, but I would think of them as circumn positions that work basically like HTML tags or XML tags. So for example, we have this sentence: "The sib conan, Vic, you're a jesh" The closing tag is the adverbial expression that modifies whatever the woman is doing. It's not something that you see in natural languages.
