AI Can't Come Up With New Theories
Any example test whose answers are known and fixed, AI will do faster and better as it improves than people. It's the things we can't test for, whose answers are not known or have massive scope for improvement, which AI can't do. As soon as the thing starts to come up with new knowledge, new explanations, then we'll be in the presence of an AGI. And yeah, but before we get there, we're going to have a plan for anAGI.
